Poster. Clearways Campaign

Poster produced by the students involved in the 1968 'Clearways Campaign' at the University of Hull. One side of the poster features densely packed text as follows: eight student 'demands' put to senate; an account of the student sit-in; contextual details about the campaign; lyrics to the song of the Clearways Campaign; glossary of terms used in the text; short notice of support given by Bertrand Russell to the cause. The second side of the poster features a reproduction of a classical ceiling fresco annotated with comic book style art and text.
