Scope and Content

Envelope containing receipts and correspondence relating to the presentation for Charles Peer's retirement from his position as President of the Society of Antiquaries in 1934. They discuss arrangements for the gift of a portrait and books, along with details relating to all relevant payment arrangements, both within the Society and externally. There is also a printed booklet listing all Fellows of the Society dated 30th June 1933.
