Estreat from the court roll of the man. of Ogmore, co. Glam., recording the surrender by Charles Powell of p. St Lythins, farmer, and Elizabeth, his wife, of a m. and garden in the village of Broughton, p. Wick, adjoining and being on the west end of a house of Mr William Nicholls, together with a garden and an old ruin adjoining an orchard of John Reed of Broughton, esq., on the west, the road leading from Monknash to Monkton on the south and east, and a garden of William Morgan on the north, and the taking of the same by the said John Reed of Broughton.
