Administrative / Biographical History

The Baptist Churches Singing Festival became feasible with the establishment of the railways. The Salem Baptist Chapel in Beryl Road was well known for its orchestra, which accompanied the singing of the choir and congregation and was often asked to play at numerous events and singing festivals around the district and the Vale.
