Scope and Content

Dominant colour of design: Copra BS2029. Additional info: 'Baluchi, Turbat-i-Haidari' - Baluchi or Baluch refers to a tribal group from eastern Persia and adjacent areas of Afghanistan, and Turbat-i-Haidari to a specific geographic location. However, there appears to be some dispute as to whether the Baluch people were actually responsible for weaving the carpets known as Baluch rugs.
