1 Charles Walcot of Llanfair-ym-Muallt, co. Brec., esq. 2 William Parry of Aberdihunow, p. Llanddewi'r-cwm, gent. Bargain And Sale of m's called Aberdihonw, Istroyd y Merle, Dole y Vunwent, Cay ir Woom, Carsey Canwore, Skowge, Tythen Vab Ioroth Moyle, together with a parcel of land called Maysshire, all in p. Llandewi'r Cwm, co. Brec., and a m. called Istrad Gadverth in p. Maesmynys (tenants of all m's named). Consideration: a certain great sum of money paid beforehand. Recites letters patent, dated 18 Sept. 1617, by which the king bargained and sold the said lands to John Graye and Samuel Jones, and recites no. 6.
