Brec., a m. or tmt wherein William Thomas, otherwise Glover, lives, together with a barn, stable, kitchen or brewing house, two gardens, an orchard and a parcel of arable land called Kae Here (3 a.), a m. or tmt called Tir Hugh Prees, otherwise Tir y Noyath Hugh Prees, together with a barn, garden, an orchard and one parcel of land called Tir y Gwas Kam (12 a.), a close called Kloes y Kylyn (2 a.), a m. or tmt called Ty Watkin Fermour, together with a garden and an orchard called Garth Watkin Farmour (1 a.), and a m. or tmt called Ty Howell ap Morgan, together with a kitchen or bakehouse, two gardens, and a parcel of arable land and meadow ground (5 a.).
