1 Philip Pulman of Colyton, Devon, blacksmith. 2 William Burt of Colyton, gent. Deed Of Exchange of: (1) the piece of ground on which the workshop of the first party lately stood in the street leading to the Butts in Colyton, and intended by the second party as a shrubbery, and: (2) a newly erected blacksmith's shop in Colyton, adjoining a blacksmith's shop and dwelling house occupied by Thomas Pulman, and a plot of ground behind the blacksmith's shop, both for the residue of a term of 900 years.
