Scope and Content

A small collection of deeds and documents concerning the title of John de Heley Chadwick to property in the Rochdale area of Lancashire, and elsewhere. Chadwick resided at New Hall in Sutton Coldfield, Warwickshire, but owned ancestral property at Healey and elsewhere in Rochdale. There are also two items relating to Mavesyn Ridware in Staffordshire (RYCH/3459-4560), and a single conveyance from Swillington in the West Riding of Yorkshire (RYCH/3469).
