This manuscript contains a description of the influences of the planets compiled for the reigning Sultan, Mahmud II, by the Reis ül-Müneccimin, Mehmet Sadık, followed by the horoscopes of the Grand Vizier and other important personages of the Ottoman Empire. On f 1v, the day of the vernal equinox (Nevruz-i Sultani) for 1226 AH (1811-12 CE) is mentioned and the second part of the manuscript (ff 7v-13v) contains an almanac from Rebiülevel 1226 AH (March-April 1811 CE) to Safer 1227 AH (February-March 1812 CE), showing the days favourable for various projects (ihtiyarat).
