Scope and Content

This volume contains two divans :. ff 1v-18r : Divan-i İsmet, the collected poetry of İsmet (died 1076 AH/1665-66 CE), which begins with a na't, followed by gazeller (f 3v). On the blank folios following f 17r, several gazeller have been added in diagonal columns;. ff 19v-71r : Divan-i Sami'i, the poetical works of Sami'i (died 1096 AH/1684-85 CE). The name of the poet was Abdulkerim Efendi Bosnalı. The divan begins with a kaside, followed by gazeller (f 33v), and ends with Rubaiyat and mukataat (ff 68r-71r). The manuscript was likely copied in the 18th-19th centuries CE.
