This volume contains the compiled poetry of Mehmet İzzet Bey, Beylikçi of İstanbul (died 1224 AH/1809-10 CE). It opens with a short biographical introduction (ff 1v-3r) by an unnamed protege of the poet. This is followed by na'tlar, mersiyeer, kasideler, tahmisler, and mesneviler (including a sakiname). The gazeller begin on f 31r. From f 72r to the end, the volume contains chronograms and mukattaat. The text contains a single unvan. The manuscript was copied in the 19th century CE.
